Remote Support
I can provide remote controlled support for you if you computer is hooked up to the internet. It doesn't matter if you are behind a firewall or not. If you own a computer purchased from me then you should have a program on your computer called "Support". This is the easiest way for you to connect to me. Two clicks and I can remote your computer. Before connecting be sure to call first so I'll be expecting a connection.
